Each private training session is 60 minutes, fully customized to your needs and goals. We’ll start with a warm-up tailored to your fitness level.
Next, we’ll focus on drills and techniques specific to your skill level, such as passing, dribbling, shooting, and tactical gameplay. Every session is personalized to help you achieve noticable progress and build confidence.
As you advance, we’ll incorporate challenging scenarios, designed to push you further and elevate your game to the next level.
Finally, we’ll end with a cool down and stretching routine to ensure recovery and avoid injuries, leaving you energized and ready for your next session.
