  • Or maybe you’ve played before, but it’s been a minute! No worries; join us! Your experience will be invaluable to newer players.

  • Maybe you’re nervous you may be not be fit enough, you’ll gradually gain stamina, strength, and agility.

  • Want extra challenge to test your athletic skills? We’ve got you covered through our adaptable class and scrimmage formats.

What is a class like?

Classes are 60 minutes and we’ll always start with a warm-up.

Next, you’ll learn some drills that can include passing, dribbling, shooting (and scoring goals!) and you’ll practice with your teammates.

Once your basics are down we’ll progress to small-sided games so you can put your new skills to the test!

Finally, don’t forget a little cool down and stretching.
