We understand that needs and preferences can change, and we strive to be flexible. If you’d like to switch to or from the coed class during the session, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. To ensure personalized attention and a great experience, our classes are limited to a maximum of 15 participants. This allows our coaches to focus on each individual’s growth while fostering a sense of community within the group. Classes are designed to provide plenty of space and opportunity for everyone to learn, improve, and enjoy the game.

Currently, our classes are held outdoors to provide a fun and dynamic environment for training. If the weather is bad—such as heavy rain, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions—we will notify participants in advance about cancellations or rescheduling. Safety is always our top priority, and we’ll make every effort to keep you informed and adjust plans accordingly. In the future, we aim to offer indoor options as we grow!

No special equipment is required to join our classes—just bring yourself and a great attitude! We do recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing, cleats or athletic shoes, and shin guards for safety. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a soccer ball if you have one (though we can provide extras if needed). If any additional equipment is required for a specific session, we’ll let you know ahead of time.
