Our women-only soccer program is designed to empower you through skill-building, fitness, and a supportive community. Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll develop essential soccer skills—dribbling, passing, and shooting—while working on agility, endurance, and teamwork.
This program is ideal for women looking to gain confidence on the field, stay active, and connect with like-minded players. Each session blends technical drills with engaging gameplay, creating a positive environment where everyone can grow, compete, and have fun.
Whether you’re a beginner or rediscovering the game, this class is all about building your strength and skills in a supportive, uplifting atmosphere. Join us and experience the joy of soccer in a space that celebrates every goal!

Never played soccer before? We’ll teach you from the ground up!
Or maybe you’ve played before, but it’s been a minute! No worries; join us! Your experience will be invaluable to newer players.
Maybe you’re nervous you may not be fit enough, you’ll gradually gain stamina, strength, and agility.
Want extra challenge to test your athletic skills? We’ve got you covered through our adaptable class and scrimmage formats.
Wherever you’re starting, whatever your goal, we’ll be right by your side, encouraging fun and fitness for a wide range of athletes.
What we expect from you.
We expect you’re going to come to the pitch with a positive attitude, eager to learn, and a willingness to try new things.
We expect you to get out of your comfort zone a little.
We expect you to respect the other ladies on your team and to encourage and support each other.
Most of all, we expect you to have fun!
What is a class like?
Classes are 60 minutes and we’ll always start with a warm-up.
Next, you’ll learn some drills that can include passing, dribbling, shooting (and scoring goals!) and you’ll practice with your teammates.
Once your basics are down we’ll progress to small-sided games so you can put your new skills to the test!
Finally, don’t forget a little cool down and stretching.
